Gardening

Trying to get ready for a trip and getting a garden ready in the Spring is not something I would recommend.
This year I decided not to put in any annuals as the clumps of perennials have matured and filled in the empty spaces. It's been a wonderful year for the Peony Trees with multiple blossoms on both of the trees. The For-Get-Me-Nots and Virginia Bluebells are prolific give the garden greats swatches of blues. Another terrific bloomer this year has been the lilac tree sending out wafts of perfume. The early clematis is blooming as well with beautiful creamy flowers.
Enjoy a little tour of my garden and view the photos below.

  1. ohhhhh my, Diane, your garden is a delight. I love how it reminds me of a real English cottage garden. Not tailored and styled the way most gardens here are. No, this one is natural with an abundance of gorgeous lovely flowers. Fabulous. You did a wonderful job designing the layout.
